Vishal Vaibhav Singh is a final-year law student at National Law University Odisha with interests in constitutional law, public law, and policy. His writings on constitutional and governance issues have been published in platforms such as LiveLaw, Bar & Bench, and The Wire.

Vasudev is a a third-year B.Sc.LL.B.(Hons.)[Cyber Security] student at the NLIU Bhopal and Moon is a Ph.D. Candidate at the RGNUL Punjab, where her research focuses on the legal framework for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and climate-resilient development.

The authors are second and third year students at RGNUL Patiala.

Meher Biswas is an undergraduate law student at Jindal Global Law School. Her research interests lie in environmental law, administrative law, and the intersection of development and governance.

Dr. Pradeep Kumar Jain is a former Chief Mineral Economist and In-charge of the Mining and Mineral Statistics (M&MS) Division, Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines, Government of India. His areas of interest include mining laws, environmental governance, critical minerals, mineral policy, resource valuation, and sustainable development. He has authored more than 90 research papers and several technical reports in the field of mining and mineral economics.
